Local Pick Up
Now you could place the order on our website and then pick up your items from our Glenelg North factory anytime. After you placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email for your pick up and address details. 

Shipping within Australia
For all orders, our promotional shipping rate within Australia start from $10.00. ALL of our domestic orders are sent out via Australia Post. Tracking numbers are used and deliveries require Signature on delivery. Standard post delivery times are approximately 1-5 business days from the time of order.

Please note: If your address is in remote area, we might give you a further notice for the shipping rate difference.

International Shipping
Not offered at this present time.

Change of Mind
We hope you love your new Ivy Republic products! Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle please email us at: info.ivyrepublic@gmail.com

Returns
Where you wish to return a product due to a quality issue, the product may be returned to Ivy Republic for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original sealable condition. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and additional postage charges. We will provide you with a refund or credit to the value of the product purchased less any shipping or freight charges.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you must take a photograph of the damaged or faulty goods for our insurance purposes and notify us of the damaged or faulty product within 5 days of receiving the product. The damaged or faulty product may be returned to Ivy Republic for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

There is no return for the change of mind reason, personalised items and sale items.
